! Please note that 440 kr. is an advance payment. The 440 kr. will be charged when an agreement has been made with the technician; the remaining amount up to 2250 kr will be invoiced directly to you by the technician after the service is completed.

* Labour for replacement of simple spare parts is included, provided it can be kept within the service framework, which is a maximum of 1.5 hours at the customer's premises.
If, contrary to expectations, unforeseen events occur during a service that mean the 1.5-hour time frame cannot be maintained, the customer will be charged an additional 344 kr. incl. VAT per commenced half hour.

Delivery time: 1-2 business days

Free shipping: We offer free delivery to a parcel shop on purchases over 799 kr.

Home delivery: The price is shown at checkout.

• 14-day right of return: You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive your item, and then 14 days to return it.
• How to proceed: If you wish to return an order, you must first notify us at info@haveparkreservedele.dk. You cannot simply refuse delivery of the parcel.
• Return shipping: You pay for the return shipment yourself, and you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded if you only cancel part of your purchase.
• Important when returning: The parcel is delivered directly to our warehouse address (Klejsgårdvej 19A, 7130 Juelsminde). We do not collect parcels from parcel shops and do not accept cash on delivery.
• Condition of the item: The item may be inspected and tested, but if it is put into actual use, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value.
